Taylor Wimpey snaps up land from Land Securities at Ebbsfleet Garden City

Land Securities has sold more of its land at Ebbsfleet Garden City to house builder Taylor Wimpey. The flagship scheme in Kent, which was announced by George Osborne in his 2014 Budget speech, is designed to address Britain's burgeoning housing shortage in the South East. See the story here

Redrow given green light to build 180 homes for Ebbsfleet Garden City

Homebuilder Redrow has been given the green light to begin building 180 homes for Ebbsfleet Garden City. One and two bedroom apartments will be built at Ebbsfleet Green, alongside two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with 28 of them available at “affordable” prices. See the story here
