Local community projects have benefited by £50,000 from a special fund set up by the corporation behind Ebbsfleet Garden City.

A public consultation is to take place for a new village in Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Countryside and Clarion are developing up to 3,000 homes in Ashmere in Whitecliffe, which was formerly known as Eastern Quarry.

Ebbsfleet Development Corporation’s planning committee gave permission for the scheme in 2018 and approved the masterplan for the area last month.
