Planning application submitted for new neighbourhood

Ebbsfleet Development Corporation has submitted a planning application to redevelop an area of land into a new neighbourhood.

Redrow consults on Alkerden South plan

Redrow Homes is now consulting on the proposed residential development for approximately 230 homes at Alkerden South, part of Alkerden Village.

A planning application will be submitted later in the Spring, and Redrow is inviting feedback on the proposals to help inform the final design.

The consultation will run from today for three weeks, closing on Friday
