A major new centre at the heart of Ebbsfleet Garden City is to be created after a deal to buy land was completed.

Ebbsfleet Central will deliver a new commercial and residential centre within the Garden City providing jobs, homes, community and cultural facilities.

Since its inception in 2015, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation

Ebbsfleet Development Corporation has bought its third piece of land as it continues to deliver a new Garden City.

The corporation has bought a site within the Grove Road area in Northfleet and follows its two previous land purchases in Northfleet and Gravesend.

Two key sites have been bought by Ebbsfleet Development Corporation as part of its drive to improve connectivity for residents and businesses and offer a wider range of housing in the Garden City.

It has bought Station House in Northfleet (below) which will be key in providing a vital new link between Ebbsfleet International and Northfleet
