Our flagship Springhead Bridge project has scored 44/50 at the latest Considerate Constructors Scheme Audit.
The scheme’s aim is to promote best practice in construction and scores construction sites in five areas: appearance, community, environment, safety and workforce.
With ‘exceptional’ scores in four out of five areas, the site is leading the way with some great feedback on the environmental, safety and community achievements at the site.
There has been no lost-time incidents over the duration of the project and over 2,100 local students have been engaged with so far.
Works are progressing well, with the area now up to the level required for lifting in supporting beams.
